Awfully Easy Omelet
Ingredients
1. Eggs (any combination of whole or whites)
2. Bacon (optional)
3. Cheese (optional)
4. Vegetables (optional)
Instructions
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees, and place Bacon on baking sheet. Bake until desired level of crispiness.
2. Scramble eggs in bowl.
3. Pour eggs into a warm skillet layered with Pam spray. Cook on low heat.
4. When eggs look cooked half way, place one slice of cheese and 2 strips of bacon (and any vegetables of your choosing) on side of egg and fold other side over.
5. Let that continue to cook on low heat for about 60 seconds.

This is an extremely fast and easy healthy breakfast option that will give you energy all morning long. Don’t let the fat grams scare you. They are all healthy fats that your body requires. I am not a morning person, so I make this at night and put in Tupperware container for my breakfast the next day. Literally takes 5 minutes (not counting baking the bacon).
