Ingredients
- 2 lbs 93% lean ground beef
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 onion
- 3 orange peppers
- 2 cans black beans
- 1 large can Hunts low salt tomato sauce
- sea salt, cumin, chili powder
Directions
- Pre-cook beef to medium rare. Sautee it with the onion and garlic minced.
- While that is cooking, chop peppers.
- Once beef is done, throw in slow cooker – adding peppers, 2 cans black beans, large can of tomato sauce, and season to taste with sea salt, cumin, and chili powder.
- Set to low for 8-10 hours.
