Championship Chili

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs 93% lean ground beef
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 onion
  • 3 orange peppers
  • 2 cans black beans
  • 1 large can Hunts low salt tomato sauce
  • sea salt, cumin, chili powder

Directions

  • Pre-cook beef to medium rare. Sautee it with the onion and garlic minced.
  • While that is cooking, chop peppers.
  • Once beef is done, throw in slow cooker – adding peppers, 2 cans black beans, large can of tomato sauce, and season to taste with sea salt, cumin, and chili powder.
  • Set to low for 8-10 hours.
