Ingredients:
- 16 oz. chicken breast
- 2 cups brown rice
- 1 bag mixed vegetables
- Teriyaki sauce
Directions:
- chop chicken breast into chunks.
- pre heat frying pan or wok with Pam Spray.
- sautee chicken until cooked.
- lower heat and add teriyaki sauce so that chicken is just lightly covered for 5-10 minutes.
- have rice already cooked, and add that with the cooked vegetables into skillet and stir over low heat for 5 more minutes. Add more teriyaki sauce if needed.
