1 lb of Chicken Breasts
2 cans of Low-Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup
Let it cook on low for 8-10 hours.
That’s it.
Doesn’t get much easier than that!
Add some delicious grilled or steamed vegetables as a healthy side, and you have a delicious healthy meal that took almost no time to prepare and cook.
This is just another example of how the excuse “I have no time to eat healthy” is just that – an excuse.
*remember- double up the recipe for extra meals throughout the week!
