Many of us have a hard time in the morning. These easy to make breakfast standby’s can definitely help with that problem.
All you need is egg whites (whole eggs are fine too for some healthy fats), a muffin tin, olive oil cooking spray, your favorite vegetables.
Mix up all of your favorite ingredients, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray each muffin tin with cooking spray. Fill each tin with the vegetables, and then pour the egg mix over them.
Throw them in the oven for 10 minutes for mini muffin tins, and about 20 for regular sized.
You can add salsa or avocado to them as a topping, and you can make enough to keep in the fridge for up to 4 days – so there is never an excuse not to have a healthy breakfast!
Depending on the size of the muffin tin, and how many whole eggs the calorie count is only between 10-80 calories!
