“Grill-Free”
Filet Mignon with
Mushroom Gravy
For my fellow “I don’t have the time or the energy to cook” crew.
Ingredients
- 4 6oz. Filet Mignon Steaks
- 1-2 cans of Campbells Mushroom Gravy
Directions
- Place Steaks in slow cooker and pour desired amount of gravy over them.
- Set slow cooker to low for 8-10 hours.
Nutrition (for 1 6oz. steak)
Calories: 350
Protein – 48 grams
Carbohydrates – 2 grams
Fat – 13 grams
I recommend a side of steamed green beans (if time and energy is an issue – they sell these in a ready to go steam fresh bag, that you can just throw in the microwave.) or a nice salad. And for you “Carbo-phobes” out there, a small potato won’t hurt you either!
So there you have it, another healthy, and nutritious meal that takes next to no time to make… and it is DELICIOUS!
