Ingredients:
- 14 ounces Sirloin Steak, trimmed of fat.
- Garlic Powder
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- 8 ounces Whole Wheat Baguette, cut into 4 pieces.
- Mustard
- Mayo
- Romaine Lettuce
- Tomato
Directions:
- Season steaks with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Pre heat grill to high.
- Grill for about 3 minutes, turn steaks and grill for another 3 minutes (cook longer or less for your preference)
- Transfer steak to cutting board and to rest for 5 minutes.
- Cut bread and place desired amount of condiments, lettuce and tomato.
- Thinly slice the steak and divide it among the sandwiches and serve.
