This is a great, healthy, nutritious option for lunches or snacks over for you bread lovers out there. It is high in protein, high in fiber, and is a great source for Omega fatty acids. And you can find them near the deli counter in most grocery stores (usually not in the bread aisle).
The options are endless for these wraps. You can wrap up turkey, roast beef, tuna, etc. You can also make a healthy pizza with it by throwing it in the oven for a few minutes with some grilled chicken and low fat cheese on it. One of my personal favorites is that it makes a great steak and cheese wrap.
Just another option to enjoy healthy food that tastes good. Doesn’t have to be always boring and bland!
