If you’re not a breakfast person like me, you are always struggling to find something healthy for the most important meal of the day.
I get sick of eggs and protein shakes, so I was happy to stumble upon this product a few weeks ago – and they are delicious.
Easy to make. Just mix water.
Fortified with 23 grams of protein per serving, 9 grams of fiber, flaxseed, almonds, garbanzo and fava beans.
They even sell a low calorie/high fiber syrup to go with it….Which is also delicious and low in sugar!
I make enough mini-pancakes for the week, heat them up in the morning – and you get a nice healthy/ high protein/ high fiber breakfast that not only fast, but tastes great and gives you energy to start your day!
