1 whole egg and 1 egg white (per desired servings amount… for sake of this recipe we will make 8 Quiche’s)… So you will need 8 whole eggs, and 8 egg whites)..
Peppers
Onions
2 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease muffin tin with Pam spray, or little bit of coconut oil (or oil of your choice). Dice up veggies, and mix up eggs, add cheese, and salt and pepper to taste – stir in a bowl all together. Pour into muffin tin. Should be ready in 10-15 minutes.
If you are looking to add even more protein, add some diced up ham to the mix.
