Protein Packed Oatmeal
1 serving Quaker unflavored Instant Oatmeal
1 scoop of your favorite Vanilla Whey Protein
1 tsp. Cinnamon

Add your preference of water to your oatmeal, then heat in microwave. Add one scoop of Protein powder (2 if you need extra protein to meet your daily requirements). Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Stir. Eat. Easy – Peasy.
