Ingredients:
- 1-2 lbs. of beef tips or sliced siroloin ounces Sirloin Steak, trimmed of fat.
- Fajita packet
- Josephs low carb wheat and oat bran wraps
- Low fat Mexican shredded cheese
- Optional -peppers and onions
Directions:
- Brown beef until medium rare with peppers and onions.
- Add fajita mix with 1-2 cups of water.
- Stir and make sure all powder is fully dissolved and all beef is covered.
- Let simmer for 10-20 minutes.
- Microwave wrap between two paper towels for 10 seconds.
- Add cheese and beef to wrap
- Eat!
