Ingredients
- 8 Red Peppers
- 2lbs. of 90% Lean Ground Beef
- 1 cup of Rice (brown or white)
- 1 cup of Raos Tomato Sauce
Directions
- Clean peppers and hollow out.
- Mix cooked and drained ground beef, with cooked rice, and 1/2 cup Raos sauce.
- Stuff peppers with mixture and place upright in slow cooker.
- Pour remaining 1/2 cup Raos sauce over stuffed peppers.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
